BOILER WATER TREATMENT

The treatment of boiler feed water leads to better heat exchange, corrosion protection and high quality steam production ensuring a reliable and long-lasting operation.

Treatment involves removal of suspended particles, softening, de-aeration and further conditioning using special chemicals. The softening prevents scaling inside boiler tubes caused by water hardness while de-aeration removes dissolved oxygen to prevent internal corrosion.

The purpose of conditioning chemical treatment is to,
